Hello
I am Anna, a committed Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience across psychology, community services, and health science. I bring multidisciplinary expertise and a deep understanding of neurodiversity, tailoring support for individuals with Autism, people with ADHD, and those with complex developmental profiles. I blend clinical knowledge with direct practice insight, always with the goal of building lives that feel genuinely meaningful and manageable.
My practice has been shaped by hands-on roles in youth residential and intensive foster care, and by community work supporting people with mental health challenges, experience that underpins a pragmatic, human-centred approach to complex behavioural and developmental need. I hold a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with Distinction and Faculty Medal, and am currently completing Honours in Psychology, reflecting my commitment to evidence-based, adaptive practice. My skill set is complemented by a volunteer counselling role with Griefline, which deepens my understanding of grief, trauma, and emotional complexity in the people I support.
I believe real change occurs when people feel truly seen. I work collaboratively with individuals, families, and support teams to develop behaviour support plans that are clinically sound and genuinely responsive to each person's circumstances.
