Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (Independent Contractor)
We're seeking passionate, self-motivated practitioners to join our boutique practice delivering services throughout South East Queensland. This role offers the perfect balance of community-based client visits and home-based documentation work.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments

Develop and implement individualised positive behaviour support plans

Build therapeutic rapport with clients and stakeholders

Provide training and support to participants' networks

Maintain professional standards and evidence-based practices
What We're Looking For:

Tertiary qualifications in counselling, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech pathology, ABA, or related fields

Current registration as 'Core' Behaviour Support Practitioner or above with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

Genuine empathy and person-centred approach

Excellence in fostering therapeutic relationships

Self-motivation and ability to work independently
